Made from Gravenstein apples harvested in Sebastopol, Sonoma County, California, and finished with aging in Chardonnay oak barrels.

This cider has a distinctive flavor, as if you are drinking a high-quality sparkling wine.

With a crisp, dry finish, it pairs well with a wide range of dishes such as grilled vegetables, soups, and pasta.

Due to the decreasing number of Gravenstein apple trees, which were once abundant locally, Ace Cider plans to plant a tree on its own property for every cider sold.
