The Brewing Project was founded with the mission of creating not just a beer that many people like, but a beer that will captivate many people.

The county of Eau Claire, where the brewery is located, is so rich in nature that it is often referred to as the Switzerland of America. The water quality of the river that runs through the city is particularly excellent, which naturally produces delicious beer.
