Apple juice is mixed with pear juice and vanilla. The flavor of ripe pear with a hint of peach juice. Goes well with spicy and Asian dishes.

It was launched in 1994 as California's first pear cider.

In addition to apple and pear juice, it also uses vanilla from Madagascar.
