Ace Cider ACE BlackJack 21 30th Anniversary (750ml)

Celebrating Ace Cider's 30th anniversary, Black Jack 21 is made from locally grown Gravenstein apples and finished with Chardonnay oak casks for added depth.

The wine is made using Gravenstein apples harvested locally in Sebastopol, Sonoma County, California, and is finished off by aging in Chardonnay oak barrels.

This cider has a taste that sets it apart from other ciders, and tastes like you're drinking a fine sparkling wine.

The finish is crisp and dry, making it a great match for a wide range of dishes including grilled vegetables, soups and pastas.

Gravenstein fruit trees, which were previously planted in large numbers locally, have been decreasing year by year, so Ace Cider plans to plant seedlings on its own premises for each bottle of cider sold.
