This cider celebrates Ace Cider's 21st anniversary.

It is made from Gravenstein apples harvested in Sebastopol, Sonoma County, California, and finished by aging in Chardonnay oak barrels.

This cider has a distinct flavor that sets it apart from other ciders, tasting almost like a premium sparkling wine.

The crisp, dry finish makes it a versatile pairing for a wide range of dishes, including grilled vegetables, soups, and pasta.

Due to the decreasing number of Gravenstein apple trees, which were once abundant in the local area, Ace Cider plans to plant a new Gravenstein sapling on their own property for each bottle of this cider sold.
