The beautiful golden hue is achieved by combining fermented apple juice with wildflower honey from the nearby Sonoma region.

Cider made with honey has an initial sweet taste, but the sweetness doesn't linger and it has a refreshing, dry finish.

This makes it a perfect match with chicken and fish dishes.
