Ace Space Bloody Orange is a tribute to Angela, wife of founder Jeffrey House, who played Brea Tonnika in "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope," released in 1977.

It is an unfiltered cider made with blood oranges.

Angela's photo from the film is printed on the bottleneck label.

Packaged in a clear bottle to showcase the bright orange color of the blood orange and the pulp of the blood orange and grapefruit, it looks exactly like a drink served at a bar on Tatooine (note).

A refreshing citrus aroma of grapefruit and a sweet orange scent waft from the glass.

The taste mirrors the aroma, with a perfect balance of grapefruit peel bitterness and orange sweetness, along with a hint of apple sweetness.

It has a medium body and a clean, dry finish.
