By employing traditional methods, it recreates the rustic, unadorned, and complex flavors inherent to Saison beer.

Originally, Saison beer was the quintessential wild ale, enjoyed by farm workers for refreshment during their breaks.

Vieille acquires a subtle Brettanomyces-like character and complex acidity through maturation in oak foeders.

Subsequently, a delicate citrus hop aroma is added by light dry-hopping at the finishing stage.

Upon tasting, you can enjoy citrus flavors reminiscent of lemon and lime, a faint hint of herbs and spices, and a refreshing acidic finish.
