This Double India Pale Ale maximizes hop character by combining several American hops whose names start with the letter "C" (known as "C Hops") with Equinox hops.

These hops create a wonderful wave of aroma and flavor, while a subtle, sweet malt backbone supports the hop bitterness.

It's an addictive drink that you'll quickly finish, savoring each sip as you enjoy the aroma.

From the glass, you'll perceive fruity aromas of tropical mango, papaya, pineapple, and refreshing tangerine derived from the hops, along with bitter aromas reminiscent of pine and resin. Sweet aromas of caramel and biscuit, derived from the malt, are also present.

The taste starts with a powerful malt character, followed by sweet flavors of subtle vanilla and toffee, which are then chased by fruity flavors of mango and pineapple from the hops.

It has a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel.
