The exquisite hop trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo created a wonderful beer. There's no trick to it. Just follow your heart and experience the aroma and flavor, and the answer will be there. You'll find yourself driven to take one more sip, then another. The turbid, honey-like color characteristic of Northeast-Style beers is topped with a creamy off-white head. Juicy tangerine, orange peel, tropical papaya, and melon fruity aromas are combined with resinous, dank hop aromas. Sweet malt aromas of biscuit, wheat, and honey follow. The taste begins with a subtle honey-like sweetness, followed by fruit flavors like tangerine and papaya. The sweetness is mixed with hop bitterness, and there's a refreshing orange peel sensation. A firm dankness lingers, while the finish is medium-bodied and dry. Surprisingly easy to drink, it doesn't feel like an 8% ABV beer.
