It has a hazy orange color with a white head.

The aroma evokes tropical fruits such as citrus and mango.

The flavor is similarly juicy with a subdued bitterness in the finish.

Note: In 2016, a huge boom swept through the craft beer scene with hazy Pale Ales and IPAs, commonly called "New England Style" or "Vermont Style" due to their turbid appearance and juicy characteristics. These are collectively referred to as "Hazy Pale Ale" or "Hazy IPA," often prefixed with "Hazy."

The biggest characteristic of these beers, which originated in the New England region of the northeastern United States, is their "hazy" nature.

Some people might associate hazy beer with something of poor quality, but in reality, the Pale Ales and IPAs we commonly drink were originally hazy.

The reason a beautiful, clear liquid appears when poured into a glass is that fine impurities that would make the beer hazy are filtered out during the brewing process.

While the term "impurities" might be misleading, these are actually the yeast and hop residue used in the beer's production.

Of course, if they remain for too long, they can cause the beer to darken and even alter its flavor. However, filtering, while removing these, also causes a very slight loss of the fruity hop aroma, which is part of the appeal of Pale Ales and IPAs.

By not filtering, these East Coast style beers achieve a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, and they suppress hop bitterness, instead imparting a tropical, juicy sweetness, much like fruit juice, to the beer.
