Revision Disco Ninja (355ml)

A Hazy IPA with a soft mouthfeel that offers a balanced enjoyment of citrus notes like grapefruit and orange peel, tropical aromas of mango and peach, and a refreshing greenness.

This is a collaboration beer between Revision Brewing and Shoe Tree Brewing Company (note).

The two breweries brainstormed ideas and created a Northeast-Style IPA so bursting with flavor, it's like ninjas delivering delicious karate chops in your mouth.

With every strike of the ever-changing nunchaku, the characteristics of Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops emerge one after another.

The aroma is extremely juicy and citrusy.

Citrus notes like grapefruit and orange peel, tropical aromas of mango and stone fruit, and a resinous dankness are accompanied by faint sweet caramel and biscuit malt aromas.

The flavor is dominated by malt, with cracker and caramel notes followed by juicy citrus fruits and tropical mango, and piney and resinous hop flavors.

It has a medium body and an incredibly soft, velvety mouthfeel.

The finish is crisp and dry.

Note: A brewery in Carson City, Nevada, founded by brothers Jeff and Paul Young.

Starting with homebrewing, they worked as brewers at High Sierra Brewing Co. and won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2013.
