Beyond the typical dry hopping conducted after yeast fermentation, dry hopping is also performed during fermentation. This creates a chemical reaction between live yeast and hop components, resulting in an explosive increase in juicy and fruit-like aromas.

The Sabro hops used contribute a unique coconut-like aroma.
