A double barrel-aged Imperial Stout created in collaboration with Omnipollo, Sweden's innovative brewery.

Aged in 12-year-old Elijah Craig and 10-year-old Henry McKenna bourbon barrels to bring out rich, layered flavors of chocolate and roasted malt.

This beer was aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels immediately after they were emptied, then for an additional 6 months in a different barrel to maximize the original barrel flavors.

Toasted coconut was added and aged with Madagascar vanilla beans in the barrel for over a year, resulting in a dense, velvety, and uniquely smooth taste.

This deeply impressive and luxurious beer showcases Omnipollo's talent for pushing the boundaries of flavor.
