Firestone Walker Bravissimo 2023 (355ml) / Bravissimo

A high-gravity version of Bravo made with chocolate rye malt, aged for one year in bourbon barrels and blended with regular barrel-aged Bravo. The aroma and flavor are richer and the texture is thicker than the regular version.

Bravissimo is a limited-edition product born from an experimental batch of the barrel-aged Imperial Brown Ale "Bravo."

First, a special high-gravity version of Bravo was brewed using chocolate rye malt, then aged for one year in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

This was then blended with regular barrel-aged Bravo to adjust the flavor.

The result is a reborn version with a richer aroma and flavor, and a thicker texture than the regular Bravo.
