Firestone Walker Bravissimo 2023 (355ml) / Bravissimo

A high-gravity version of Bravo made with chocolate rye malt is aged in bourbon barrels for a year and then blended with the regular barrel-aged Bravo. The result is a richer, thicker finish with a richer aroma and flavor than the regular version.

Bravissimo is a limited edition product created from an experimental batch of Bravo, a barrel-aged imperial brown ale.

First, they brew a special high-gravity version of Bravo using chocolate rye malt and then age it for a year in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

This was then blended with regular barrel-aged Bravo to balance the flavor.

The result is a richer, thicker, more aromatic and flavorful product than the regular Bravo.
