Firestone Walker Paryebola 2024 (355ml)

Parabola is aged for 18 months in Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey barrels. It has powerful flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee, as well as earthy grains and clove spice for a lingering finish.

This special edition, high alcohol content, is based on Firestone Walker's signature barrel-aged stout, Parabola, and combines it with the bold character of rye whiskey.

We acquired rare Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey barrels from FEW Spirits in Chicago, and the flavor of the spirits remaining in the barrels was infused into Parabola over the 18-month aging period.

In addition to powerful flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee, the earthy graininess of rye and the spice of clove round out the aftertaste.

A deep and complex drink with a prominent rye whiskey presence.
