Karl Strauss The Godfather (Societe collab) (473ml)

This beer was brewed in collaboration with Societe in tribute to the legendary Karl Strauss, known as the Godfather. It has a well-balanced earthy, floral, fruity and slightly bitter flavor.

The late Karl Strauss created numerous masterpieces in San Diego, the mecca of craft beer, and was a major influence and inspiration for brewers around the world.

People still respect him and call him their Godfather.

The brewers at Societe Brewing, with whom we collaborated this time, are no exception; they all grew up drinking Karl Strauss's brews and aspired to work in the beer industry.

This Italian-style Pilsner was brewed in honour of the Godfather.

The use of Aramis and Saphir hops gives this beer a well-balanced earthy, floral, fruity and light bitterness.
