Featuring the new hop variety Lemondrop, and dry-hopped with Washington-grown El Dorado hops known for their lemon characteristics, the beer has a distinct lemon and citrus flavor.

And what makes this IPA unique from others is that it's low in gluten.

Of course, this is a first for Stone.

By removing the gluten produced during the brewing process and making it low-gluten, people who previously couldn't enjoy Stone's IPAs or craft beers in general can now savor the robust flavors of Stone's creations.

Using the exact same ingredients as regular beer, and with special enzymes from White Labs, who have supplied yeast to Stone for many years, this low-gluten yet intensely hopped beer, just like a regular IPA, has been realized.

Deep golden color.

Spicy notes reminiscent of lemon zest, earthy undertones, and herbal and citrus hop aromas are balanced with lightly roasted malt aromas.

Hop flavors burst on the tongue, with a dominant lemon flavor like a lemon Starburst candy.

Medium-bodied with a crisp mouthfeel, the finish has hints of yellow lollipop candy from the malt and a touch of vanilla, bitter and dry.
