This beer is crafted with Lemondrop, a new hop variety, and dry-hopped with El Dorado hops from Washington State, which are known for their lemony flavor, resulting in a strong lemon and citrus flavor.

What makes this IPA unique is that it's low in gluten.

Of course, this is a first for Stone.

By removing the gluten that is produced during the brewing process and making it low in gluten, people who previously were unable to enjoy Stone's IPAs or craft beer in general can now enjoy the robust flavor of Stone's beers.

The ingredients are exactly the same as those used in regular beer, and by using a special enzyme from White Labs, which has been supplying yeast to Stone for many years, this beer is low in gluten but has the same strong hop flavor as a regular IPA.

Deep golden color.

The spicy, lemon peel-like, earthy, herbal, and citrusy hop aromas are balanced with the aroma of lightly roasted malt.

The hop flavor explodes on the tongue, dominated by lemon flavor, reminiscent of the lemony flavor of Starburst candy.

It has a medium body and a crisp mouthfeel, and the finish is bitter and dry, with hints of yellow lollipop candy and a hint of vanilla from the malt.
