Born as an East Coast Exclusive! A Double IPA Inspired by the NE Style

The IPA, which was released exclusively on the East Coast in 2018, is finally arriving in Japan! This uniquely named beer blends the New England style from the East Coast with Stone's West Coast style, resulting in an unfiltered IPA with an artistic balance.

The beer's name comes directly from the three words "Fear.Movie.Lions" painted on the floor of Stone's brewery in Richmond, Virginia.

These three words, written in black paint within a three-meter square, are a unique address indicating a location, provided by the startup what3words (Note).

Stone was impressed by what3words' location system and painted that address on the very spot where the beer recipe was developed, then named the beer after it.

The beer's aroma is astonishingly rich, like being in an orchard during harvest.

It follows with fresh fruit and juicy hops, a hint of pineapple, and a slight touch of white sage and pear aromas.

The taste is also fresh, like freshly squeezed fruit juice, with fruity notes of strawberry, grape, and white sage.

The finish is crisp with a moderate bitterness.

A double IPA where you can fully enjoy the fresh taste of hops.
