Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery's natural white cheddar cheese curds, the cheese curd capital of Wisconsin, are truly unique because they are made with only rBST-free milk from 250 family farms throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Our unique packaging process results in the freshest-tasting Wisconsin cheese curds. When refrigerated and unopened, they are proven to have a shelf life of over 6 months. Oxygen is removed from the bag, but the cheese remains loosely packed. The longer the cheese is stored in the sealed, unopened package, the richer the cheddar flavor becomes.
