A rosé wine-like cider created by Shacksbury in collaboration with the restaurant "Sundays in Brooklyn" in Brooklyn, New York.

Rosé was created as a "brunch cider" that completely changes the concept of cider, which has traditionally existed as a "sweet, gluten-free alternative to beer."

Made with apples from Sunrise Orchard in Cornwall, Vermont.

After pressing and fermentation, the wine is aged with the skins of Syrah and Zinfandel grapes, which are used in California wines.

Rosé's beautiful deep pink color is a natural color that comes from the skin of these grapes.

Aromas of dried apple, grape, and Pinot Noir intertwine.

On the palate, you'll find sweet fruit flavors of strawberry and peach, with a slight acidity that reminds you that you're drinking cider rather than wine.

It has a very dry finish and is a drinkable drink with a good balance of acidity and sweetness.

A perfect pairing with eggs Benedict and hash browns.
