A popular cider that travels between the US and the UK, the kingdom of cider. Made with cider-specific apples.

The secret to this cider's deliciousness lies in its use of cider-specific apples.

The special apple, "Dabinett," gives the cider a dry and complex flavor, characterized by its tartness and bittersweet taste.

Dabinett is not yet commercially mass-produced in the US, so Shacksbury is actively working to increase the production of this apple in the US.

Dabinett apples harvested in New England are blended with unreduced fermented juice at Dragon orchards in Herefordshire, West England, which collaborates with Shacksbury, and then returned to Shacksbury in Vermont.

This cider, connecting the UK, the home of cider, and Vermont, Shacksbury's base, is an exquisite product with a refreshing balance of tartness and sweetness.

A fragrant apple aroma wafts from the glass.

The taste combines the robust sweetness of ripe apples with the tartness of fresh green apples and the bitterness of their skin.

Clean and crisp body.

Dry finish.
