Shacksbury Dry (355ml)

A popular cider that travels back and forth between the US and the cider kingdom of England. Made with apples made specifically for cider.

The secret to the deliciousness of this cider is that it uses apples specifically made for cider.

The special apple, Dabinett, gives the cider a dry, complex flavor with a sour and bittersweet taste.

The Dabinett is not yet a commercially available variety in the United States, so Shacksbury is working to increase production of this apple in the United States.

The Dabinett grapes are harvested in New England and blended with fermented juice not from concentrate at Dragon Orchard in Herefordshire, in the west of England, in collaboration with Shacksbury, before being shipped back to Shackbury in Vermont.

This cider, which connects the UK, where cider is produced, and Vermont, where Shacksbury is based, is a refreshing masterpiece with a combination of sourness and sweetness.

The taste is a combination of the rich sweetness of a ripe apple with the acidity and bitterness of a fresh green apple.
