First brewed in 2014 as a 60-gallon test batch, we aimed to maximize fruity hop flavor while minimizing bitterness.

By incorporating a new method in the "whirlpool" brewing process, the first batch sold out instantly, confirming that a special beer had been created.

This technique is still used today, maximizing balanced juiciness by selecting Mosaic and Ella hops.

Additionally, the inclusion of wheat and oats results in a soft beer that will have you reaching for more.
