A West Coast DIPA made with a generous amount of Simcoe, Mosaic, Crush, Nelson, and Columbus Cryo hops.

Double Cone is an important beer for Alvarado Street, having won numerous awards including Gold and Silver at the Great American Beer Festival, Silver at Alpha King Champ 2019, Gold at The Bistro DIPA Fest 2023, and Silver at World Beer Cup 2023.

The recipe for this beer was shared with Green Cheek Beer, Cellarmaker Brewing, Cloudburst Brewing, Highland Park Brewery, and Pinthouse Brewing, and each brewery released five different variations of the beer using their own brewing process, techniques, and unique approach.
