This IPA is inspired by the Ka'upu (black-footed albatross) that live on the island of Oahu. It has a strong bitterness and a bright, gorgeous aroma of mandarin oranges, nectarines, and peaches. A portion of the sales of this product will be donated to the James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge.

Black-footed albatrosses (kaupou in Hawaiian) nest in the ocean breezes of Oahu's James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge.

Surrounding it are strong roots of the rare coastal plant "Ojai," which has a gentle mandarin-like fragrance.

Kahuku Ka'upu was born from this abundant nature.

The robust West Coast-style bitterness is layered with bright, vibrant aromas of mandarin, nectarine, and peach, creating a taste that evokes the vibrant scenery of the reserve.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this product will be donated to the conservation efforts of the James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge, helping to protect the black-footed albatross and its habitat.
