Layers of rich, fleshy hop flavor reminiscent of nectarine and peach, combined with a refreshing, crisp key lime tartness and berry notes from Mosaic. An overwhelmingly evolved, monstrously modern taste in both aroma and flavor.

Sound and Fury is a passionate West Coast IPA inspired by the outlaw country artists we admire.

Our aim was to create an oily, dense, truly monstrous flavor.

We used Nectaron from New Zealand as the primary hop, along with New Zealand Cascade, which imparts a lime candy-like quality, and the highly popular Mosaic (both regular and Cryo versions).

The result is a beer with layers of rich, fleshy hop flavor reminiscent of nectarine and peach, combined with a refreshing, crisp key lime tartness and the familiar berry notes from Mosaic.

Both the aroma and flavor are overwhelming.

This modern, evolved West Coast IPA is truly a dream come true.
