A dry, resinous IPA that combines the refreshing sweetness and lemony flavors of Simcoe hops with the melon and guava notes of Mosaic hops.

The Simcoe hops used have a clean, sweet and refreshing taste reminiscent of melon and lemon, and combined with the melon and guava flavors of the base Mosaic hops, they show deep, complex tropical nuances.

The finish is dry and mildly resinous.
