Hibiscus and blackcurrant are used as secondary ingredients. The lemonade-like acidity and hibiscus-derived floral flavor are in harmony. Lager yeast is used for low-temperature aging to achieve a clean aftertaste.

A fruit sour that achieves a clean, unadulterated aftertaste rather than a funky one by aging it at low temperatures with lager yeast.

Hibiscus flowers and blackcurrants are used as accents.

It has a vibrant neon pink color with fine white foam, a dry, sharp, lemonade-like acidity, a fresh hibiscus flavor and floral aroma, and a long finish of blackcurrant and wheat.

It can be enjoyed on its own or as a pairing.
