Los Angeles Ale Works Krushing It WC IPA (473ml)

LA Ale Works' second collaboration beer, available only in Japan! This special IPA was created to support the Blue Baseball Team in the 2025 postseason!

This is the second Japan-exclusive collaboration beer between Los Angeles-based LA Ale Works and Nagano Trading.

It was born out of a partnership to deliver the best and freshest craft beer to Japanese baseball fans and beer fans.

While you enjoy this tropical West Coast IPA, be sure to also appreciate the story behind the can design.

Label design: Brewed in Los Angeles, this beer pays homage to the Los Angeles Blue Baseball team's image of crushing the ball and hitting home runs, and also plays on the name of the crushed hops used in the recipe.

The front of the can features a ball distribution map of all 54 home runs hit by the No. 17 player during his historic "50-50" season.

Also, pay attention to the seeds.

Fellow player Tim Hernandez brought a celebration to the Dodgers, celebrating all 260 home runs the team hit in 2024 with a sunflower seed shower.

We incorporated that scene into the can.

Hop Lineup: Just as teams change their batting order throughout the season, we adjust our hop combinations to maximize the aromas and flavors unique to our West Coast IPAs.

Leading off will be Crush, followed by Riwaka, Motueka and Nectaron.

And "DH" is a nod to our favorite "designated hitter" and the "dry hopping" process in the brewing process.

Ink Dot Test and Grain Lineup: Beer and bats actually have a surprising similarity.

Just as we carefully select the highest quality malt for our beer, the bats used by professional players are crafted with carefully selected wood grain.

The standard known as the "Ink Dot Test" certifies that a bat is suitable for professional use.
