A clean, balanced beer with notes of grapefruit, citrus, and mango, and a gently bitter finish. It's so drinkable, you'll want another glass!
This single-hop Pale Ale, brewed exclusively with Citra hops, boasts a light body and a gentle bitterness, offering a clean and balanced flavor profile.
As one of Toppling Goliath's iconic beers, it delivers the full spectrum of aromas characteristic of Citra hops: grapefruit, citrus, mango, and pine.
This beer is a collaboration with the Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois, just next door.
The museum houses "Sue," a Tyrannosaurus Rex fossil that is over 90% complete and remarkably well-preserved.
Founder Clark, who frequently visited the museum in his childhood, chose to name and design this beer after Sue.
It's even said that you can enjoy a draft of Pseudo Sue while gazing at Sue's fossil in the actual museum!
