Made using only Citra hops, this single-hopped Pale Ale has a light body and mild bitterness, with a clean, balanced flavor.

This is one of Toppling Goliath's signature beers, with a strong aroma of grapefruit, citrus, mango, and pine, which are unique to Citra hops.

This beer is a collaboration with the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, Illinois.

The museum is home to a Tyrannosaurus Rex fossil nicknamed "Sue," which is over 90% intact and in excellent condition.

Founder Clark visited the museum many times since he was a child and used Sue in the name and design of this beer.

Apparently you can drink Pseudo Sue draft beer while looking at Sue's fossils in the actual museum!
