This year, the focus is on Idaho 7 hops, with a luxurious brewing method that uses fresh hops for both kettle and dry hopping!

The Idaho 7 variety, as its name suggests, was developed in Idaho, but most of it is grown in Oregon.

The Idaho 7 used in this beer was also sourced by Deschutes' brewing team from Coleman Agriculture in St. Paul, Oregon.

The fresh hops give it a refreshing and juicy taste, with flavors of tangerine, apricot, papaya, and pine resin.
