This collaborative whiskey is made by double distilling Black Butte Porter and then aging it for three years in American oak barrels.

This beer is Black Butte Imperial Porter aged in these Black Butte Whiskey barrels.

The result is flavors of bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and oak, with a slightly smoky and roasty finish.

With a blend of 10% unaged and 90% barrel-aged, this elegant flavor profile is sure to evolve further with more aging.
