This is a Japanese-style wheat beer made with fresh yuzu and sea salt, a collaboration with Yokohama Bay Brewing.

When Shinya Suzuki from Yokohama Bay Brewing visited from Japan, he brought a suitcase full of yuzu juice.

Inspired by its aroma, flavor, and intensity, we decided to brew this beer.

Instead of souring, we achieved a delicate and refreshing tartness by generously adding fresh yuzu to a wheat beer.

Furthermore, a good hint of sea salt was added to create a gose-like drinking experience.

It's a light and refreshing drink, like a radler, reminiscent of a salty lemonade, that can be enjoyed with ease.
