Saison focuses on nectarines and peaches sourced from Masumoto Family Farm, a historic local farm.

It is naturally fermented using wild yeast and bacteria remaining in nectarines and peaches after they have been used in another beer brewing process.

The wine is then bottled in 750ml champagne bottles, after which it undergoes secondary fermentation and aging in the bottle.
