The Veil Unquantized (473ml)

Using a small amount of rice, hopped with Eclipse and Mosaic, and fermented with lager yeast, this is the crispest and cleanest IPA we have ever made. Tastes like orange, mandarin, grapefruit, and pine resin.

This Cold IPA is made by mixing a small amount of rice into the malt, selecting Eclipse (a cross between Australian and North American varieties, with characteristics of ripe oranges, coniferous leaves, and citrus peel) and Mosaic as hops, and fermenting with lager yeast.

The Veil says it aims to be the crispest and cleanest tasting IPA they have ever made.
