The Veil Unquantized (473ml)

Brewed with a small amount of rice, hopped with Eclipse and Mosaic, and fermented with lager yeast. The goal was to create the crispiest and cleanest IPA they've ever made, with notes of orange, mandarin, grapefruit, and pine resin.

A Cold IPA brewed with a small amount of rice in the malt bill, hopped with Eclipse (a hop created by crossing Australian and North American varieties, known for its ripe orange, pine needle, and citrus pith characteristics) and Mosaic, and fermented with lager yeast.

The Veil aimed to make this the crispiest and cleanest IPA they've ever brewed.

Expect notes of orange, mandarin, grapefruit, nectarine, and pine resin.
