A Farmhouse-style ale brewed with spelt, aged for 18 months in red wine barrels, then further aged with 800g/L of Merlot grapes sourced from Flying Fox Winery in Virginia.

Leaves an elegant, red-wine-like impression.

Aged for another 16 months after bottling.
