Made from red wine grapes and further aged in red wine barrels. Fruity notes like red wine, blackberry, and plum, with a beautiful minerality.

This Farmhouse-style ale is made using spelt wheat and aged in red wine barrels for 18 months, then further aged with 800g per liter of Merlot grapes from Flying Fox Winery in Virginia.

It gives the impression of an elegant red wine.

Soft flavors of blackberry and plum with a clean mineral feel.

Aged for 16 months in bottle.
