A blend of two and three-year-old Lambic-style beers, fermented with wild yeast and then aged with Viognier white wine grapes sourced from Flying Fox Winery in Virginia.

The perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and oak is reminiscent of a full-bodied yet gentle Chardonnay wine.

Aged for 16 months after bottling.
