"Speed Mettle," first introduced in 2014 as a growler-exclusive beer at the Congress Street taproom, was created to meet rapidly increasing demand without sacrificing quality.

Six years later, current and past members of the Trillium team have united to build a sustainable and efficient brewing environment.

The meticulous process management and technical advancements accumulated during this period have benefited not only the team but also the beer and all those who support us.

No longer constrained by the limitations of the past, "Speed Mettle" is a true evolution born from the endless pursuit of "making better beer."

It pours a beautiful pale golden-orange, hazy color.

Aromas of papaya, juicy mango, and candy-like orange elegantly spread.

Additionally, a generous addition of hops during the whirlpool stage adds refreshing citrus peel notes and a floral finish, while a profound complexity emerges as the temperature rises.

It is characterized by its exceptional smoothness, subtle bitterness, and dry finish.
