The first collaboration IPA with Alvarado Street. Crushed hops give it a ripe mango, guava, and citrus peel flavor with a pine-like aroma and mild bitterness. Made with American ale yeast, it has a slightly different flavor from regular Trillium beers.

The first of two collaborative IPAs brewed with Alvarado Street, a popular brewery in Monterey, California, is this modern West Coast IPA.

Crush (HBC586) Ripe hop flavors of mango, guava and citrus peel with a hint of pine and a mild bitterness.

Alvarado Street has utilised all of its West Coast IPA brewing techniques, and by using American ale yeast, we have created a beer with a flavor that is a little different from regular Trillium beers.
