We brewed two collaboration IPAs with the popular Monterey, California brewery, Alvarado Street, and this modern West Coast IPA is the first.

We leveraged Alvarado Street's expertise in brewing West Coast IPAs and used American ale yeast to create a unique flavor profile that sets it apart from Trillium's usual beers.
