The Street Series is named after the historic streets in Boston where Trillium's main brewery is located.

All of the beers in this series basically use the same malts and bittering hops to build their base flavor.

By using different hops in the final dry hopping stage, we are able to highlight the hops' aroma and flavor.

This Summer Street IPA uses everyone's favorite Simcoe for dry hopping.

The palate is reminiscent of grapefruit peel, spicy pine, lemony hard candy, and white grapes.

When you put it in your mouth, you will first taste the intense juiciness of citrus juice, followed by a carefully constructed bitterness like pine resin.

It's dry, firm, and medium-bodied, giving the impression of combining the best of New England and West Coast IPAs.
