Aroma of ripe peach with a fresh, delicate peach and apricot-like flavor and a mild lactic acidity. Funky farmhouse character from aged hops. Soft carbonation with lingering tannins and a gentle bitterness on the tongue.

The Fated Farmer series embodies Trillium's concept of "connecting agriculture, brewing, and the communities that reside in the New England region."

All wild ales in this series use malt from Valley Malt, produced in their home state of Massachusetts.

They are fermented in 500L puncheon barrels with local wild yeast and aged for about six months, then fresh-harvested fruits are added for a second fermentation.

The theme is to explore how different flavors can be created by combining natural agricultural products with wild ales.

This wild ale uses freshly picked peaches sourced from Lookout Farm in their home state of Massachusetts, characterized by a refreshing and noble flavor.

It has an aroma like ripe peach flesh, with a fresh and delicate peach and apricot-like flavor, and a mild lactic acidity.

A subtly funky farmhouse cheese character derived from aged hops.

Clean and vibrant flavors burst in the mouth with soft carbonation, and a tannic sensation and gentle bitterness linger on the tongue.
