A dazzling ruby color thanks to the Muscat and Malbec. The aroma is reminiscent of sparkling Lambrusco, raspberry jam, and blackberry. It has a beautiful acidity and a dry finish with subtle oak and tannic notes.

The Fated Farmer series embodies Trillium's concept of "connecting agriculture, brewing, and the community that lives there in the New England region."

All the wild ales in this series use malt from Valley Malt, which is made locally in Massachusetts.

After fermenting for about half a year in 500L puncheon barrels using local wild yeast, freshly harvested fruits are added for a secondary fermentation.

The theme is to explore how the combination of natural agricultural products and wild ale will turn out.

This wild ale uses Muscat and Malbec (a grape varietal with a rich color, native to Bordeaux, France), resulting in a dazzling ruby color.

Its aroma is reminiscent of sparkling Lambrusco, raspberry jam, and blackberry.

It is medium-bodied with a beautiful acidity and a dry finish with subtle oak and tannic notes.
