With grapes, lime, passion fruit, and peach, it's as refreshing and fruity as sangria. A collaboration with Three Weavers and Carhartt Vineyards.

This is Topa Topa's first Kettle Sour beer! By synergizing with Topa Topa's neighbors, Three Weavers Brewing Company and Carhartt Vineyards, we have created an unprecedented and captivating Sour beer.

It uses Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Mexican lime, passion fruit, and peach.

When you look up at the night sky, countless stars are scattered, but by connecting some of them, you can draw beautiful constellations.

This collaboration reminded us of that.

We received magnificent Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the premises from Chase of Carhartt Vineyards, and from Alex of Three Weavers, we received the yeast essential for brewing Kettle Sour.

This sangria-style kettle sour was born from combining the ingenuity of the three companies.
