This beer was brewed to proclaim that Topa Topa will always be a small, independent craft brewery.

As a thank you to all our fans who always drink our beer, we present this Independence Pale Ale! The hops used are Simcoe, Centennial, and Azzaca, which give the beer aromas and flavors reminiscent of mango, lemon, and pine.
