Topa Topa 5th Anniversary! A Classic IPA with Citrus, Dank, and Pine Flavors

Since sporting events around the world have been cancelled this year, we decided to divide Topa Topa's brewers into two teams for a "battle of the century": Hazy IPA vs. Clear IPA.

Coinciding with Topa Topa's 5th anniversary in June 2020, each team selected five hop varieties through a "draft" process.
