Smog City Smogberry IPA (El Segundo collaboration) (473ml)

An eagerly anticipated collaborative IPA by Smog City and El Segundo.

Both companies were founded in 2011, a time when there were still few breweries in Los Angeles.

They have pushed each other to grow and invigorated the local beer scene. They initially planned to brew a collaborative beer in 2021 to celebrate their 10th anniversary.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those plans fell through.

Now, with the full return of beer events announced by the local LA Brewers Guild, they finally seized the opportunity to create this long-awaited collaborative beer.

This beer is a West Coast IPA brewed by Smog City, based on El Segundo's masterpiece, Mayberry IPA.

While Mayberry only uses Mosaic hops, Ekuanot and HBC586 hops were added to further enhance its flavor.

It boasts a powerful floral aroma, dankness, and flavors of berry and melon.
