The latest West Coast IPA in a series of IPAs that rotate the hops used.

This time, we're using the recently popular Azacca hops and Yakima Chief Hop's original blend, Veterans Blend.

This Veterans Blend contains HBC 586, Ekuanot, Idaho 7, Chinook, and Triumph hops, and individually, they are said to have tropical fruit, citrus, and woody notes.

Veterans Blend was also used in the popular Frost Flower Hazy IPA, and we were very excited to see what kind of flavor it would create when used in a West Coast IPA.

This IPA has notes of pineapple, mango, coconut, and a light fruity acidity like peach and plum.
