Infinite Wishes is Smog City's annual Imperial Stout, aged for one year in bourbon barrels.

This is a special version with added coconut and vanilla.

It's a delightful blend of vanilla, bourbon, cocoa, cinnamon, coconut, and toasted sugar aromas.

It's made by aging Imperial Stout for one year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels.

This beer harmoniously combines a subtle toastiness, the depth of cocoa and dark chocolate, and the aromas and flavors of bourbon, tasting like a chocolate bourbon pie but with a balanced and restrained sweetness and bitterness. It's truly a masterpiece.

The aroma from the glass is a blend of subtle sweetness like vanilla and chocolate, a toastiness like burnt oak and roasted grains, and fruity aromas of dark fruits, plums, and figs.

The flavor, like the aroma, is a mix of toastiness with a hint of fruitiness, and a perfect balance of deep bitterness like roasted coffee and deep sweetness like dark chocolate.

It has a robust full body, and a very creamy and smooth mouthfeel.

Finally, a pleasant alcoholic warmth lingers.
